This is my little cat - isn't she gorgeous?  She is a feral cat, and turned up on our doorstep one day when she was about three or four months old, miaowing and looking for food.  She was frightened of people and hissed and scratched when anyone tried to touch her. We intended just to look after her temporarily until her owner came to claim her, and she lived outside for a while in a box in our open shed, whilst I put adverts around the neighbourhood to find the owner, but no-one called.  She is very friendly and affectionate now, but still loves to be outdoors a lot.  She goes wandering into the neighbours' houses, and they all know her.

I had to sit outside on my wall for hours in the middle of the night to take these pictures, but I was determined to get it all, even if it was not particularly clear

Hydrangea
This is a beautiful hydrangea
in my garden - it flowers for
months with these lacy buds

and florets

And these are tulips, the                              likes of which you would                            be unlikely to find                                          anywhere except in your
